FC Gaming Terms and Conditions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

By completing the FC Gaming registration process, or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them. Acceptance applies to the full text of these Terms as well as FC Gaming's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In practice, FC Gaming accounts are strictly personal and may not be held or used on behalf of another individual.

To register and maintain an account on FC Gaming, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of FC Gaming, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from FC Gaming or excluded under a related operator's programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

FC Gaming reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify age and eligibility at any point during the lifecycle of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of real-money deposits (excluding bonus funds already forfeited by ineligibility).

To use the betting features of FC Gaming, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a secure password.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one FC Gaming account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. FC Gaming will never ask you for your password through chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact FC Gaming support immediately.

Accurate information: All personal details provided at registration must be truthful. FC Gaming may conduct verification checks at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or out of date, FC Gaming may restrict or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account transfers: FC Gaming accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions on FC Gaming are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). FC Gaming supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and Maya (digital wallets)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits through e-wallets are typically credited to your FC Gaming wallet within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your bank.

Withdrawals: Players may request withdrawals at any time from the account section. Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are usually settled the same business day.

Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal is processed, FC Gaming may verify that the payment method used for withdrawal matches or is associated with the payment method used for the most recent deposit — a standard anti-money laundering control. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification at FC Gaming's discretion.

No third-party funding: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. FC Gaming does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on FC Gaming across all markets — sports betting, Sabong, Tongits, Slots, and any other game category available on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example due to a disconnection before submission — are not binding on FC Gaming.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Individual game categories and markets have their own minimum and maximum bet limits. These are displayed at the point of betting. FC Gaming reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Odds and markets: All odds and market prices are set by FC Gaming. Odds are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to your bet are those confirmed at the point your stake is accepted.
• Cancelled events: If a sporting event or Sabong fight is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void before completion, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned to your wallet. Specific rules for individual markets are detailed in the relevant game section.
• Errors and system faults: In the event of a system error, display fault, or pricing error that leads to manifestly incorrect odds being offered, FC Gaming reserves the right to void affected bets. This includes situations where a price offered is clearly not a genuine market price.
• Responsibility for bets placed: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before submitting.

Game-specific rules for Tongits, Slots, Sabong, and individual sports betting markets are published within each section of the platform. These specific rules take precedence over these general betting rules where they differ.

FC Gaming runs promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. FC Gaming reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility based on account history or activity.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. When placing bets, real-money funds are typically used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including through matched betting using bonus funds, use of automated betting systems, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• FC Gaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions.
• Only one welcome bonus per player. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is a breach of these Terms and will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being voided.

FC Gaming expects all players to engage with the platform honestly and fairly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in any way not available to standard human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a Tongits game, Sabong bet, or any other interactive game on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or pricing errors to place bets or generate winnings that would not exist under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering, or using the FC Gaming platform to transfer or disguise funds of illegal origin. FC Gaming complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and legitimate betting.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information at registration or during any verification process.
• Attempting to circumvent IP restrictions, age verification, or self-exclusion measures through the use of VPNs, proxies, or false personal information.

FC Gaming monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account it believes may be engaged in prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, FC Gaming may void bets, confiscate balances, close accounts, and report the matter to regulatory authorities.

FC Gaming is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Philippine players. Gambling should be entertaining — and when it stops being that, we want to help you take control.

The following tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed from the account settings section at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately; requests to increase a limit take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session reminders: Set a time reminder that alerts you when you've been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from the platform for a set number of days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Request a formal exclusion from the platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends.

FC Gaming collects and processes personal data as part of operating the platform. This includes registration data, identity verification documents, payment information, betting history, and technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers.

All personal data is handled in accordance with FC Gaming's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on FC Gaming, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

FC Gaming will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to provide the platform's services.

All content on the FC Gaming platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of FC Gaming or its licensed third-party providers. This content is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any FC Gaming content without prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use FC Gaming's intellectual property beyond what is necessary for your personal use of the platform as a registered player.

FC Gaming provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, FC Gaming's liability to any player shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in that player's wallet at the time the relevant event occurs. FC Gaming is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform beyond your deposited real-money balance.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity costs.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside FC Gaming's reasonable control, including internet failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this section limits FC Gaming's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

FC Gaming may suspend or permanently close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that a player is ineligible under Section 3.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at FC Gaming staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting FC Gaming support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements, unless the balance has been frozen as part of an investigation.

Your right to close your account is unconditional for players in good standing. FC Gaming will not prevent a player from closing their account and withdrawing their real-money balance where no breach is involved.

FC Gaming reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — FC Gaming will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file.

Your continued use of the FC Gaming platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

FC Gaming operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR and any other competent regulatory authority. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.
